Payment

Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A.  I accept PayPal (PayPal accepts major credit cards without a PayPal account).

Shipping

Q. How often do you ship?
A. Your order will ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

Q. Who do you use for shipping?
A. I ship via USPS.

Q. How long for Delivery of purchases?
A. Please allow fifteen (15) days for most domestic packages to be received and forty-five (45) days for international packages.

United States Shipping Rates:

0.1 - 1.0 lbs = $3.50
1.1 - 2.0 lbs = $4.50
2.1 - 3.0 lbs = $6.50

International Shipping Rates:

0.1 - 1.0 lbs = $5.00
1.1 - 2.0 lbs = $7.00
2.1 - 3.0 lbs = $9.00

Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. Stitch *n* Tyme welcomes all International Buyers!

Q. Will you mark the Custom form as a "Gift" upon request?

A. No, all Custom forms are marked as Other or Merchandise. There can be no exceptions since this is a law that could have serious consequences if not followed.

Q. If I encounter custom fees on an International shipment, do you the seller pay for those?
A. No, International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

Q. What happens if I decide I want to return the item?
A. Returns for non-damaged items is available. Items must be returned to me in new condition without any damage within ten (10) days of reception. Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping.  NOTE:  No refunds or exchanges after 30 days of purchase

Q. Do you accept Returns on Custom Work?
A.
I will accept returns on custom work if there was an error in the creation of the item. Example: Incorrect Monogram.

Q. Do you accept Returns for International Orders?
A.
Returns and refunds are not available because items are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from the United States.

Q. Do you accept Returns or Offer Refunds for Damaged Items?
A.
Items that arrive damaged are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Proof of damage will be required before any replacement or refund takes place.

Q. Do you replace or refund for Lost Packages?
A.
Delivery Confirmation for domestic shipping is standard on all packages. If for some reason you believe your package has been lost in the mail please contact me as soon as possible.
